While not the most lovely-sounding job ever, embalmers bring in a pretty penny for what they do. Embalmers are responsible for preserving corpses, specifically for open-casket funerals. Their job is not easy, but it’s been around since the 19th century. While it seems like an ordinary practice, the US and Canada are actually the only countries where it’s considered normal. The embalming only lasts for about a few days, but with a growing number of… bodies… it doesn’t look like this job is going anywhere anytime soon.
