If you are active in business, or perhaps if you have a business of your own, you will definitely spend a lot of time dealing with customers. Although many customers may love your products and what you do, there are bound to be moments when a customer is especially unhappy.
There are the moments when you are able to learn the most, especially if the customer has really taken the time to explain what doesn’t work for them, or what it was that made it difficult for them to use your product.
