#17 Elephant Kingdom: Chonbury, Thailand
Would you stand atop a rickety wood platform that looks like it can break anytime, and feed a swarm of massive crocodiles swimming around you? That’s what used to happen at Elephant Kingdom in Chonbury, Thailand, and something that several tourists eagerly sign up for!
The semi-closed raft is balanced on top of plastic barrels and only has a thin netting separating the waters and the tourists. Definitely not what we could call structurally sound! They can then dangle fish and beef pieces from a rod to entice the crocs.
You can watch the crocodiles jump from inside the water and leap to catch the food mid-air! We don’t know about you, but this would definitely not be our idea of a relaxing holiday!
