12. They Will Check Customer Reaction To Paper Bottles
This pilot test of 2000 bottles is important for Coca-cola for many reasons. Not only do they want to test whether this packaging can properly store and hold up in the market, but they also want to check the customer’s reaction to them.
They would like to check if the customers have a positive or a negative reaction to the bottles, and what feedback they will have to make this packaging more customer-friendly and more appealing in the long run.
