#7 Rent Your Personal Items
This can be anything from your car to your favorite book.
Chances are, if you have something of value, someone out there is willing to rent it from you.
How you set up your rental agreement is up to you, but you can make good money by renting out the things you have but don’t use often.
Take a lawnmower for example. You maybe use it once or twice a month, but other than that it just sits there waiting to be used.
Instead of letting it collect dust outside, why not rent it out to a neighbor or friend and have it make money for you?
Look around your house for things you think someone might want to rent and then post it online. Worst-case scenario? No one bites. Best-case? Passive income.
