#16 AirBnB
This one might only apply to some of you. But for those who own a house with a spare room, you can make some decent passive income by renting it on Airbnb.
People will be able to search for your property on the app and rent it out for a few days at whatever price you set.
If you have a place in a highly desirable location like the downtown metropolitan area, you can make hundreds of dollars a night by renting out your space to people.
The only part that would be considered non-passive would be maintenance. But with all the extra cash you’d have flowing in, you can easily hire a cleaning person to take care of the dirty work.
